Q. Are Delivery costs included in the price?
A. For orders of over R800, there is no delivery fee within a 10km radius of Bryanston. For deliveries further afield there will be a nominal delivery fee. Our website will calculate the correct fee.

Q. Can I collect my order?
A. Definitely! Please contact the office to arrange a suitable time.

Q. If I order my meals today, when will they be ready for delivery / collection?
A. If you order your meals before 12:00pm on Monday – Thursday, they will be delivered within 24-72 hours (depending on stock availability). If you place your order after 12:00pm, it will processed the next day. Any orders placed after 10:00am on Friday will be processed on Monday and will be delivered within 24 – 72 hours.
Q. How is the food packaged?
A. Food is delivered frozen in disposable containers. The foil containers are microwave and oven-proof. Heating instructions are on the labels. Soups/broths/sauces are packaged in plastic tubs with lids. Please note that the images throughout the store depict serving suggestions only.
Q. How long will the food last?
A. We prepare our meals with fresh ingredients, and as such, the food will spoil if not kept frozen.
Q. Can I order larger portion sizes or something that is not on the menu?
A. No problem! Please feel free to give us a ring to discuss the options and your needs.
Q. Is this a ‘meal in one’?
A. Traditionally it is the main part of the meal and we suggest that your prepare suitable accompaniments according to your preference.

A. The portions are fairly generous – on average 250g per person. If you have really hungry teenagers – you might need to double up for them!
