This Chicken Coq Au Vin is a delicious french classic rustic stew using chicken portions on the bone, smokey bacon and button mushrooms braised in an intense red wine jus.

Heating Instructions
Defrost and heat (lid on) at 180ºC for 20 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. Check regularly ensuring that the chicken does not dry out.
